Icking is located approx. 25 km south of Munich (Zentrum) and has over 3,500 inhabitants. Icking has been an independent municipality since the municipal reform of 1818. The quiet location, numerous kindergartens and two grammar schools make the municipality very attractive for families.

Here you will find detached houses and apartment buildings close to nature. Despite the good location near the exclusive Lake Starnberg, rents here are somewhat more affordable. Icking is connected to Munich city center and the metropolitan region via the S7 line, which runs daily every 20 minutes.
