Eching am Ammersee is located approx. 39 km west of Munich (city center) and has approx. 1600 residents. One can find mainly single family houses.
Eching is known for its proximity to the Ammersee and the beautiful baroque church St. Peter and Paul. The village is also located directly at the conservation area "Ampermoos". It is a very quiet area and thus, very suitable for families. Despite the distance to Munich, the city center and long-distance destinations can be reached relatively quickly and conveniently via the access road to motorway A96.
Here a very quiet residential area prevails, which is particularly suitable for families. Similarly beautiful offers for temporary rental in a rural location are also available in Utting, Herrsching and Gilching.
