Development
The district is home to the Augustinum Clinic Munich and the Stiftsbogen residential complex of the Munich Student Union. Neuhadern is mainly home to large apartment buildings with green spaces. To the south are some older detached houses with gardens. The proximity to nature and the quiet location are the greatest advantages of the Neuhadern residential area.
