Thanks to the parks in the immediate vicinity of Laim, the Westpark, the Nymphenburg Palace Park and the Hirschgarten, the nearest local recreation area is never far away. In addition, the former working-class district has a wide range of restaurants and a large selection of leisure activities, which is particularly attractive to a young audience. Another gem of this district is undoubtedly the Neue Rex on Agricolaplatz, one of the oldest movie theaters in the city.
