In addition, Poing is currently an up-and-coming business location thanks to its location. A well-known attraction, which also draws many visitors from the surrounding area and Munich, is the Poing Wildlife Park: native wild animals can be admired here in natural enclosures on a large area. The S-Bahn can be reached via the S2 Poing station and runs every 20 minutes towards the city center and outlying districts. The airport can be reached in just under half an hour via the airport tangent east.
The residential area is generally quiet, with good connections to the outlying districts and the city center. The development is quite varied and offers some nice properties for temporary living, from furnished rental apartments to detached houses and apartment buildings. There is also a wide range of available properties in Feldkirchen, Aschheim and Markt Schwaben.
