Location
Cosimapark is part of the Englschalking district in the north of Munich. This district is a spacious residential area with multi-storey houses surrounded by large park-like green spaces.
Leisure and infrastructure
The Cosimawellenbad swimming pool is located in the immediate vicinity and offers sports and recreational opportunities, as does the extensive Denning Anger park, which is ideal for walking and jogging. Rosenkavalierplatz, where you can find a variety of stores, boutiques, doctors' surgeries and even a gym, is just a few minutes' walk away. Opposite is the Bogenhausen Clinic and numerous smaller, sometimes private, specialist clinics. From Cosimapark, you can reach the U4 line station (Arabellapark) within a few minutes, which guarantees a quick connection to the city center. The district also has numerous streetcar and bus lines as well as the Englschalking S8 S-Bahn station, which connects Cosimapark with the city center and Munich's surrounding areas.
In general, it is a very quiet district that nevertheless has good shopping facilities, plenty of leisure activities and good connections to the city center.
