Grafing - the charming small town

Location and development
The small town of Grafing in the district of Ebersberg is located approx. 35 km from Munich. The town can look back on a long history. Grafing was first mentioned in documents as early as 1040. Picturesquely embedded in the alpine panorama, Grafing offers a quiet and rural residential area. A particular highlight is the daily evening sun with a view of the Alpine foothills. In addition to villa-like buildings, you will find everything from 1-room apartments to houses.

Infrastructure and transport links
In addition to the town hall, the town library and the town museum, Grafing also has a wide range of cultural activities. With the EHC Klostersee, there is plenty on offer, especially in the sporting field. Grafing is close to numerous recreational areas such as the Klostersee, Egglburger See and Steinsee lakes. The S-Bahn lines S4 and S6 and two stops (Grafing Stadt & Grafing Bahnhof) make it easy to reach Munich and the surrounding area. Commuters also benefit from the good location to the A8 and A94.

If you have not found what you are looking for here, it is worth taking a look at the neighboring communities of Zorneding or Poing.
