In addition to the town hall, the municipal library and the town museum, Grafing also has a wide range of cultural offerings. With the EHC Klostersee, there is a lot on offer, especially in the sports sector. Grafing is located near numerous recreational areas such as the Klostersee, Egglburger See or Steinsee. The S-Bahn lines S4 and S6 and two stops (Grafing Stadt & Grafing Bahnhof) make Munich and the surrounding area easy to reach. Commuters also benefit from the good location to the A8 and A94.

Picturesquely embedded in the alpine panorama, Grafing offers a quiet and rural residential location. A special highlight is the daily evening sun with a view of the foothills of the Alps. In addition to villa-like buildings, everything from 1-room apartments to houses are available. If you haven't found the right place here, it's worth taking a look at the neighboring communities Zorneding or Poing.

Unfurnished apartments can be found on Immoscout24 (unfortunately only in German language). The Immoscout24 app, is also available in English.
