Neubiberg
Neubiberg is located about 11 km southeast of Munich (centre) and was founded in 1912 as a garden city. This character has been preserved to this day by the community, which now has almost 11,000 inhabitants. This is ensured by the generous forest and green areas, the extensive Perlacher forest nearby, an environmental garden and the loose development.
Neubiberg - ideal location on the outskirts of the city
Location and development
Neubiberg is located approx. 11 km south-east of Munich (Zentrum) and was founded in 1912 as a garden town. The community - which now has a population of just under 11,000 - has been able to preserve this character to this day. This is ensured by the generous forest and green areas, the extensive Perlach Forest nearby, an environmental garden and the loose development. A property in Neubiberg is a good and quiet alternative to hectic city life. The location on the outskirts of the city also offers enough space for families.
Infrastructure and transport links
In addition to the Bundeswehr University of Applied Sciences, which is based in Neubiberg and has around 3,000 students, the world's only academy for animal welfare has been located here since 1986. The location is very quiet, but still guarantees good connections to the city center: Munich city center can be reached in just a few minutes via the S7 train stop.
You can also find other exclusive offers in the neighboring communities of Ottobrunn and Unterhaching.
