Modernized infrastructure
The large housing estates built in the 60s and 80s were long considered unattractive. Thanks to numerous initiatives and investments, the situation has improved considerably and the district is now a popular residential area. The Perlach shopping arcades (PEP), which can be reached within a few minutes, offer a wide range of shopping opportunities. The nearby Ostpark is a local recreation area that is quick and easy to reach and invites you to relax with its beautiful, bay-filled lake, sunbathing lawns, numerous sports facilities and even an open-air stage.
Transport links and development
Neuperlach has excellent public transport connections thanks to the stops on the U5 and U7 lines. The city center can be reached quickly and easily. The newer detached and terraced housing estates in particular, as well as modern apartment buildings with apartments, offer attractive residential areas. Similar offers can also be found in Ramersdorf, Perlach and Obergiesing.
