Infrastructure
The site has an eventful history. From a barracks to a refugee center, to an artists' colony and finally to a modern residential area, it shines with its well-thought-out development (with a noise barrier) and its own infrastructure. Four daycare centers, a house for children, youth and families, an elementary school, two student residences and other social facilities can all be reached on foot or by bicycle. Streetcar line 23 provides access to local public transport. The important traffic junction "Frankfurter Ring" can also be reached quickly by car.
