The district is located in the north-east of Munich, between Englschalking and Zamdorf. The Immanuel Church is a central point of reference in this district. Public life in Denning mainly takes place on the central Ostpreußenstraße. Numerous stores and service providers are lined up here, with many pubs and bars in between. Although the city center is not in the immediate vicinity, it can be reached quickly via the S-Bahn at Munich-Daglfing station.
